【超市大搜查】抗氧化劑干擾荷爾蒙可致不育 檢視逾160款即食麵嚴選安全名單

即食麵可謂家家戶戶必備的糧食。惟市面部份即食麵含有的抗氧化劑E320(BHA)、E321(BHT),生物科技公司「水中銀」董事首席執行官杜偉樑曾指出,兩者屬於類雌激素,有機會引致不育。TOPick檢視超市逾215款即食麵,發現有10多款即食麵含有E320、E321,市民選購時也要多留意。
E320及E321或干擾荷爾蒙
杜偉樑早前接受TOPick訪問時指出,BHA及BHT均為類雌激素,屬於環境荷爾蒙(又稱內分泌干擾素)之一,有機會增加不育風險。這類內分泌干擾化學物(又稱環境荷爾蒙)的人工合成物,會干擾人體內分泌系統,更會自行模擬增加或減少體內的荷爾蒙(激素),影響身體調節功能。他續指, E321並不允許用於嬰兒食品中,羅馬尼亞、瑞典和澳洲等地亦禁止E321加入食物中。
香港營養會副會長、註冊營養師張智良早前接受TOPick訪問時指出,BHA、BHT可延長食物品質期及保持品質,不少加工食品都會使用這類抗氧化劑。有初步研究指出,BHA、BHT這類抗氧化劑有機會干擾體內的男性及女性荷爾蒙,亦被世界衞生組織確認為荷爾蒙干擾物。
不含類雌激素即食麵
TOPick檢視超市逾215款即食麵,發現有10多款含有E320、E321,有204款不含類雌激素。以下為部份不含類雌激素即食麵:

勿忽略食物鈉含量糖分及脂肪
不過,註冊營養師張智良認為,根據現時的科學證據,市民不需刻意避開選購含有BHA及BHT的食物,而要增加食用新鮮食材的比例。若只留意BHA及BHT,或會忽略了加工食品的其他成分,包括鈉含量、糖分、脂肪含量,這些成分已被證實會增加致肥及患上心血管疾病等慢性疾病的風險。
